Payment method / payment deadline
Credit card payment, or a method of providing individual guidance when applying. Credit card payment will be made when the application is confirmed.
How to receive the information individually when you apply. In the case of QR display in ARTPASS and printout at home, it will be delivered immediately after purchase.
Returns / Cancellations
Due to the nature of the product, in principle, we cannot accept returns of the product or cancellation or change after application due to customer's convenience.
* However, if the event organizer approves the return or cancellation, the same applies.
・ When the orderer himself requests the event organizer to return or cancel the event by the date and time of the event, and the event organizer approves this.
・ If 30 days or more have passed since the payment date by credit card payment, a handling fee of 500 yen will be charged per order.
・ When the event is canceled due to the circumstances of the event organizer and the event is canceled
