Basically, it can be used 24 hours a day. We will notify you in advance if there are times when it will not be available due to server maintenance, etc.

We will answer within one to five business days.
At ART PASS, we will respond to your inquiry within 5 business days after confirming your email.
Some customers are unable to receive replies to their inquiries due to email errors caused by spam filters or reception settings.
